Dr Marfuga Iskandarova is a Research Assistant at the Small Business Research Centre at Kingston Business School. Her PhD research was conducted and awarded a doctoral degree in Jan. 2014, at the University of Exeter, in the field of science and technology studies, where she focused on the case of UK renewable energy policy pertaining to the Wave Hub. Dr Iskandarova is currently working with Professor Genus on two projects: institutional entrepreneurship in community renewable energy in England, and an ESRC/ISBE funded project on permaculture-inspired entrepreneurship, which is being conducted in collaboration with the UK Permaculture Association.
