Work Package 6 (led by Kingston University, UK) has recently submitted two deliverables based on data gathered by the ENERGISE team on state of the art of social science and humanities energy research and its integration with EU and member state energy policy-making.
Following the recent publication of the ENERGISE conceptual framework document, Work package 1 leaders LMU are investigating issues surrounding sufficiency and its connections with efficiency thinking and rebound effects.
Following the warm recommendation of one of our team members, we are flocking to Exeter from 3-5 September to be part of the fourth edition of the Energy and Society conference. This year’s theme Energy transitions in a divided world resonated well with us.
The 3rd tender call of the ENERGISE project is annouced for the development of the Online Monitoring Platform. The call documents can be downloaded from here.

The ENERGISE consortium has published two deliverables related to the database of 1000+ Sustainable Energy Consumption Initiatives (SECIs). One of these deliverables (D2.1) includes a summary of the diverse cases collected by consortium members in 30 countries across Europe (EU 28, Switzerland, Norway).
