ENERGISE researchers Frances Fahy and Gary Goggins attended the recent AAG in New Orleans, 10-14 April 2018, and organised three successful sessions: ‘Dwelling on Energy: Exploring social and cultural influences on domestic energy use in international contexts’. The session brought together papers that offered international insights that explore the significance of socio-cultural perspectives and practices involved with transitions to a low-carbon society and future. Drs Fahy and Goggins presented recent results from the ENERGISE database containing 1067 Sustainable Energy Consumption Initiatives across 30 European countries, which will be launched in the coming months.
